The programme is delivered over three distinct cycles, with each cycle spanning one academic term. Participants will engage in a blended learning model that includes face-to-face sessions, online modules, and targeted mentoring support. We’ll build teacher confidence, promote inclusive practice, and ensure fidelity to both UAE teaching standards and the UK’s Early Career Framework (ECF).</span></p>
