Inclusive Practice: Core Principles for Every Classroom is designed to strengthen teachers’ understanding of inclusive education and how it translates into everyday classroom practice. Participants will explore the core principles of inclusion, Quality First Teaching and adaptive teaching, with a focus on identifying and reducing barriers to learning and creating environments where all learners can participate, progress and succeed.

Through practical strategies and classroom examples, the session supports teachers to reflect on their current practice and make purposeful adaptations to teaching, learning and the classroom environment to meet a diverse range of learner needs.

Inclusion for All is a comprehensive blended professional learning programme designed to build teachers’ knowledge, skills and confidence in creating inclusive, high-quality learning environments. Grounded in evidence-informed practice, Quality First Teaching and the ADEK School Inclusion Policy, the programme supports schools in meeting CPD requirements for inclusive education.Across 20 self-paced LMS modules, participants explore practical approaches to adaptive teaching, identifying and removing barriers to learning, SEND pedagogy, Documented Learning Plans, behaviour, wellbeing and data-informed practice. Dedicated modules address key areas including ADHD and dyslexia, supporting early identification and effective classroom provision. Cycle 1 of this course includes the first seven modules. Target audience: Teachers, Inclusion Teachers and School Leaders Delivery: 20 self-paced modules across three learning cycles.
