Module 1

Module 1: Safeguarding Foundations. 

Module 2: Recognizing Harm. In this module, we will look at how to identify signs that a child may be experiencing harm
Module 3: Responding to Concerns. In this module, we will look at how to respond correctly when a student raises a concern or makes a disclosure. We will cover what you should do, what you must avoid, and why some of these steps matter so much.

Module 4: Escalating and Recording. We will cover who to tell, when to tell them, how to use CPOMS to record your concern, and when external agencies may need to be involved.
Module 5: Safe Working Practice. Safe working is not about creating distance between staff and students. It is about working in ways that protect everyone.
