It will give support staff strategies to utilize during the delivery of group activities, and how best to support interactions with individuals and groups of learners to encourage greater student independence. Participants will have the opportunity to put their learning into practice by analyzing group work scenarios and identifying the strategies used to support learning.&nbsp;</span></p>
