This module introduces support staff to the Education Endowment Foundation's 'Five-a-day' approach, a set of evidence-based strategies to enhance Quality First Teaching and support all students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Participants will explore key practices, including explicit instruction, cognitive and metacognitive strategies, scaffolding, flexible grouping, and the integration of technology. This module is ideal for support staff looking to refine their methods and better facilitate learning for every student.
