This module is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the role support staff play in delivering high-quality interventions. The session begins with an overview of effective ways of working, before exploring why schools use interventions, what makes them high impact, and how support staff can maximise their effectiveness. Participants will then apply this knowledge by analysing real classroom observation videos, highlighting key concepts in practice. By the end of the module, participants will be equipped with clear, practical strategies to ensure interventions are purposeful, evidence-based, and closely aligned with classroom learning.&nbsp;
